Wendia integrates to FastPass from Danish FastPassCorp to meet the demand for more self-service.
Gartner predicts that client self-service will account for 58 percent of all service interactions by 2010, due to its dramatic contribution to the reduction of cost of operating an IT environment. This is a tendency which Wendia is following with great interest and Wendia is now offering POB Password Manager to support password related issues.
There is an increasing demand on the market for automated solutions that enable the employees to solve problems and perform tasks without being dependent on others. Not only does it improve the bottom line, it also meets the demand from many end users who want to be able to solve their own IT problems when possible.

FastPassCorp has developed a user portal, which supports the issue of forgotten passwords and POB, the Service Management Solution developed by Wendia, is now integrating to this portal. The user portal can also be accessed directly from Windows. The password solution will guarantee a reduction in the work load on the service desk. The end user will experience a better service as there is a 24/7 access to the portal and resetting a password can be done in a few seconds.
