Wendia has announced a partnership with RightAnswers (www.rightanswers.com) to provide Wendia customers a knowledge platform to build their own knowledgebase of custom solutions for their proprietary software.
RightAnswers delivers knowledge platforms that allow support teams and employees to access a single custom knowledgebase that includes KnowledgePaks™, RightAnswers’ knowledgebase of over 150,000 solutions covering over 300 software titles and custom solutions based on clients’ proprietary software which is accessed via end user self-service and analyst portals.
