The overall rating is based on the cost-performance-ratio and not only on the range of functionality and tool features. In its evaluation, Cascade IT also considered unexpected “surprises” that often occur when implementing or expanding the newly bought system.
Reference visits paid to customers lead to qualified results with respect to the actual tool performance in the evaluation process.
